If you act in breach of these terms you are guilty of breaching copyright law and will be legally liable in a court of law. Do not copy, distribute, edit, alter, steal or sell the copyright original works and materials created or provided by Dividend Cake BV.
As a result of this, it is forbidden for all members of Dividend Cake company to run their own separate trading/investing education company/page while also being a member of Dividend Cake company. It is not allowed to reproduce or resell our content for your own company’s services. Legal action may be taken if this act is carried out by any member. It is not allowed to become a competitor of our 5% Club mentorship program with the content, strategies and tools that we use.
In case of violation of the foregoing, the client shall be liable to pay a penalty in the amount of €100,000 for each violation found, violation that can be proved by any means by Dividend Cake BV.
5. Visitor Conduct
5.1 With the exception of personally identifiable information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy, any material you send or post to this Website shall be considered non-proprietary and not confidential. Unless you advise to the contrary, we will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material for any purposes.

Dividend Cake is selling a 1-on-1 one year mentorship with the name the 5% Club that only includes education on currencies, indices or commodities trading. We also teach different investing strategies. This education consists of online content, books, how to use our software tools, trade night live sessions and courses. A mentorship does not require that you have a trading account and our education services will not relate to any specific trade or investment you may have made or contemplated making.
Our education services will remain at all times generic, based on our understanding of the different markets. Dividend Cake BV does not promote or encourage its clients to trade on the stocks, commodities, options, or forex market. If you decide to trade, such a decision will be made under your sole responsibility and we will not be involved in this process. We are not providing legal, accounting, or financial advisory services, and this is not a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any stocks, options, or other financial instruments or investments. Examples that address specific assets, stocks, options, currencies or transactions are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent specific trades or transactions that we have conducted. In fact, we may use examples that are different or the opposite of transactions we have conducted or positions we hold. 8. Mindset Wearables
8.1 If you want to place an order at Dividend Cake BV for any mindset wearable. you add the relevant items to your shopping bag. To place an order you will be asked for your personal information. These will need to be provided accurately to avoid shipping errors. More information about the processing of your personal data can be found in our privacy policy. There is an agreement after the order is sent by means of the button ‘buy’. Then Dividend Cake BV processes your order. You will receive a confirmation email. All orders are produced on our brand Street8C.
8.2 Delivery : Your order with Dividend Cake BV will be delivered to you within 14 working days, unless otherwise agreed. We strive to ship your order as soon as possible after receiving payment. Within the framework of the rules of the law on distance selling, Dividend Cake BV will carry out orders at least within 30 days. If this is not possible (because the ordered items are out of stock or no longer available), there is a delay for other reasons or an order can not or only partially be implemented, the consumer receives within 1 month after placing the order message and in that case he has the right to cancel the order without cost and notice. All periods mentioned on the website are indicative. No rights can therefore be derived from the terms mentioned.
8.3 Pricing: Prices on our website are displayed in Euros and include the legal VAT, but exclude shipping costs. Dividend Cake BV has the right to adjust its prices.
All prices on the site are subject to printing and typesetting errors. For the consequences of misprints no liability is accepted.
8.4 Payment options. All secure payment in a SSL secure payment environment is made through Stripe.
8.5 Returns : If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you do not need to return the items. We will discuss with you possible (partial) refund or replacement dependent on defects (material or manufacturing defects, transport damage). You need to report any defects of the product to support@dividendcake.com within 14 days. After expiration of this warranty period Dividend Cake is entitled to charge all costs for repair or replacement, including administration and shipping.
8.6 Liability : Dividend Cake is not liable for damage to vehicles or other objects caused by improper use of the products.
8.7 Force majeure : If Dividend Cake BV in case of force majeure can not meet its obligations, these obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure situation. If the force majeure situation has lasted 30 days, both parties have the right to terminate the agreement in whole or in part, without the right to any compensation.
8.8 Property rights : The material on Dividend Cake BV (and the brand Street8C) is subject to intellectual property rights. It is forbidden for visitors to material from the website to publish or reproduce without prior written permission of Dividend Cake BV and explicit reference to the source.

15. Cancellation
Your subscription to the 5% Club is always 1 year. To cancel your subscription, you will send an email to support@dividendcake.com so we can manually cancel your subscription and remove you from all our channels. Cancellation must be made at least three business days before your renewal date.
Our terms of service specify that once canceled; you will no longer be able to access our content as we continuously add and update content to our program. Once your subscription has terminated, your access to the Website and channels will be deactivated and removed.
16. Refund policy
Our refund policy is straightforward…You have two choices. Choice 1 is that you are entitled to 20% of your first year membership fee as reimbursement plus a tshirt with the quote as described in the Refund Policy video. Your choice 2 is a 6 month personal improvement plan with free access to our services for another 6 months. All details are explained in the video Our Refund Policy. Your success is our reward.

Client agrees, both during the term of this agreement and after termination of the agreement for any reason and in any way, not to copy or use the confidential information in any way, directly or indirectly for its own needs or for other purposes. The client shall not use the name of Dividend Cake BV and/or its affiliates for its own needs, for commercial purposes or for any other purposes.
The client guarantees that the provisions of this article will be observed by his/her staff members and other persons he/she designates to attend the services of Dividend Cake BV.
18. Image Material and/or Video
By taking part in any event, you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for advertising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the company’s aims.
This might include (but is not limited to) the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and advertising campaigns.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform an event organizer in writing (event@dividendcake.com) or to our mailing address) before any event.
The client is not allowed to make or publish such material himself or to copy and or publish the material made by Dividend Cake BV.
In case of violation of the foregoing, the client shall be liable to pay a penalty in the amount of €5,000 for each violation found, violation that can be proved by any means by Dividend Cake BV.
19. Agreement
This agreement is subject to Belgian law. In case of dispute, only the courts of Brussels, Belgium, are competent to hear disputes related to the interpretation, implementation and / or termination of this agreement.
By payment of its invoice, the customer irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the ServiceWe reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
